B L D E A`S New Arts and Commerce College, situated at Tikota, near Vijayapura in Karnataka, was started in 1969 by Sri B. M. Patil to educate the rural masses. It was recognized by UGC in 1977 and is affiliated with Rani Channamma University. Spread over nearly ten acres of the sprawling campus, the college provides excellent infrastructure to house all modern educational amenities.

Eligibility Criteria

A person, who has passed Higher Secondary/Intermediate (10+2) or any other equivalent examination recognized by the university, shall be eligible for the course.

The college has a well-equipped library with an excellent collection of around 37,000 books and subscription to 52 journals. Around 70 people can be accommodated in the library at a time. It has kept pace with technological changes with INFLIBNET and Wi-Fi facilities.
